About Susan

Founder and owner
Susan has always had an interest in stress and the mind and how to live a balanced stress-free life, taking a Psychology A level over 20 years ago; always trying to reach this balance throughout her life moving from one highly stressed contract set up to another.

After a successful career as a Contract and Project Director setting up and running multi-million pound corporate companies, she decided to find out more about her passion and look to a career in Stress Management, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Clinical Nutrition, Reiki Master/Teacher to name a few.  This background enabling her to deliver a combination of business need; producing stress management audits and risk assessments, whilst still utilising holistic modalities, coupled with innovative person awareness techniques in the workplace to inform, educate and harmonise workplace stressors. Susan not only shares these techniques and knowledge with business but also works extensively with private clients, hoping to help people achieve a happier problem-free life.


This interest is further driven by the fact she has fibromyalgia a challenging chronic pain and neurological condition, with a family member who suffers a challenging auto-immune condition which has fuelled her passion further to increase her knowledge, to not only help herself and her family but to assist others to have a healthier, happy life and to reach a balanced state of well-being.
Susan runs a Fibromyalgia Support Group Fibro-Friends to help and assist those in her own community.
Susan is a member of The Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association, British Holistic Medical Association, The International Institute of Complementary Therapists, The International College of Holistic Medicine and trained with The School of Natural Health Sciences

Stress is an old problem that has only recently been recognised as a basic, and sometimes major, factor in many physical and mental problems in our fast-paced lives.

As many as 60% of visits to doctors are attributed to stress problems.

Stress embraces every aspect of our being, especially the body and mind.  We will work with you to identify and manage stress factors. We offer a self-help approach, including learning and developing techniques to aid in the ongoing balance of life and stress removal.
